The SLeep solUtions to proMote Better Early childhood Relationships (SLUMBER) Research Lab

Lead InvestigatorĀ Dr. Elizabeth Keys

The SLeep solUtions to proMote Better Early childhood Relationships (SLUMBER) research lab aims to support healthy sleep patterns using a relational approach to help families optimize their relationships during early childhood and beyond. Our research examines how innovative approaches and models of care, such as eHealth and precision health, can be leveraged to build sustainable health services that result in real-world improvements in the lives of families. This work is driven by parent-identified research priorities in sleep, family relationships, and mental health. The core concepts we investigate are parent-child interactions, pediatric sleep, and person-centred digital interventions.
