I did my Bachelor degree at UBC Vancouver and as part of the last graduating class from Vancouver General Hospital’s Diploma Program. I did my 2 Masters degrees in Dallas, Texas, at The University of Texas at Arlington; one in Nursing Education and the other as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
My clinical nursing background is in med/surg, palliative, hematology oncology/bone marrow transplant, trauma/neuro/surgical ICU, Emergency and most recently CCU (8yrs).
My Nursing administration background is as a Nursing Coordinator (9 years).
I practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a private medical practice in rural USA (6yrs).
My Nursing Educator experience has been at colleges in the US and Canada; LPNs, Diploma RNs, Bachelors and Masters Nurses, including NPs for (15yrs).
