Biography

My education covers the fields of both nursing and teaching and I have taught throughout the education systems in British Columbia, from Kindergarten to University levels. My passion lies in the field of health promotion, having worked as a Community Health Nurse and a Sexual Health Educator.

Research Interests & Projects

Currently researching the effects of COVID 19 on the university student ability to engage in learning (2020).

Currently researching how Community Health / Mental Health  can be delivered in a BSN program as central learning competencies as opposed to extra nursing knowledge (2018 – present).
